About Miraan

Born and brought up in the vibrant chaos of Delhi, my curiosity for the human mind began early. I went on to pursue a Master’s in Psychology—graduating as a gold medalist—and completed my M.Phil in Clinical Psychology. What started as academic excellence soon became a lifelong calling: to hold space for people’s pain, resilience, and becoming.

Over the last five years, I’ve worked across Delhi government hospitals, private clinics, rehabilitation centers, and some of India’s leading mental health institutions. I’ve supported individuals, couples, and families navigating anxiety, trauma, grief, identity struggles, and relationship challenges—each carrying a story that shaped how I now practice: with presence, depth, and cultural empathy.

Miraan wasn’t just built—it was felt into being. After years of clinical work, I longed for a space that felt less clinical, more human. Through Miraan, I bring not just therapy, but a safe and thoughtful space—where healing is allowed to be slow, messy, and real. A space where people don’t have to “get better” to be worthy of care.
